Patio and block paving cleaning
With exterior patio and block paving exposed to the elements overtime this can deteriorate and growth such as moss and algae even weeds can soon flourish across the patio or block paving, making it look dirty and in need of attention.
With the latest pressure cleaning equipment and use our extensive knowledge of cleaning patio and block paving and using the latest cleaning solutions, we can offer home owners a reliable and knowledgeable service that can restore your patio and block paving back to life.
We can deep clean most types of patio or block paving including natural stone, crazy paving, lime stone, sandstone and paving slabs. After the cleaning process is finished. We can apply 2 coats of protective sealer which can improve the durability of any paved surface, helping it stay cleaner by waterproofing the surface and protecting it from staining and surface growth.
Our Patio / Paving Cleaning Process
Pre-Spray
We will pre spray the area to be clean with effective algae,black spot and lichens remover. (in some cases this is done the night before)
Debris Removal
Remove any plants weeds moss from the area to be cleaned.
Pre-Spray Again
We then pre spray the area again and agitate with special decking and grout brushes.
Pressure Washing
We then will pressure wash the area with to bring the patio back to life (we can extract the water where there is no drainage).
Sealing
Depending on what seal you have chosen we then seal the patio after it has completely dry with 2 or 3 coats (Sometimes this is next day).
Re-Sanding
If your patio/driveway is a block paving then we will return the following day and re-sand the block paving put back any sand that may have been removed with cleaning. We use no weed paving sand to help prevent any weed and fungus re growing.

Over time any exterior decking exposed to the elements can deteriorate and growths such as moss and algae can soon flourish across the surface of the wood causing it to look green or dirty and in some cases become quite dangerous and in need of attention.
Having invested in the latest pressure cleaning and deck cleaning equipment we can ensure the the decking is properly clean and no damage to the decking occurs, Our equipment we use has a range of pressure and temperature controls to enable the deck to be cleaned, without striping effect.
We pre spray the decking with a fungicidal wash to kill all algae and moss spores this is done before cleaning process.
Once the cleaning process is done and all algae muck and residue has been removed and the decking has thoroughly dry. We would apply two coats of Pallmann out door oil to protect the wood and reduce future maintenance.
