How It Works
Vacuum
We start by vacuuming the floor to remove all dry soil
Tile and grout pre spray
We will apply tile and grout pre spray which has been especially designed to cut through grease and grime and lift only the dirt surface them and suspend them floating in an aqueous solution, ready to be extracted.
Agitate
We will use special grout brushes to agitate the pre spray making sure it gets to work in all the pours of the stone/grout/tile ready for extraction
Preparation of the floor
With our triple vacuum portable high pressure hot water extraction, we can clean at 100 degrees, 1500 psi this means we can clean all them nasty grout lines getting deep in to the pours of the stone/tile/grout washing all the dirt out while extracting all the water and dirt back in to the machine instead of moving it around like a mop.
Rapid dry
We’ll use our special floor drying machine to rapidly dry your floor.
Seal the floor
Depending on the seal you choose we will seal the floor with 2 or 3 coats of seal.
The floor can usually be walked on in a hour after sealing with impregnated seal and 3 hour with topical seal.
